4 years ago, my brother was killed in a car accident. Things were really tough in the family and I was trying to be the strong one. About a week after the funeral, I had this amazing dream of my brother and my whole family on a rafting trip. We never took vacations like that ever, so it was really special. The thing that made me feel so calm and comfortable with the fact that my brother had passed away was what he said to me before I woke up. He said to me, "Make sure you tell dad that I am ok and not to worry". I don't know for sure if this dream was brought about by the stress in my life, of if it was actually a message from my brother, but whatever it was touched me in a way I will never forget. |
